Q: Do you accept copyrighted designs?
A: We cannot print copyrighted material (brand logos, cartoon characters, celebrity photos, etc.) without proper authorization. We’ll need proof of licensing or permission. However, we can create original designs inspired by themes you love!
Q: Can I bring my own shirts for printing?
A: Currently, we only print on our own stock to ensure quality standards. This guarantees the best results and allows us to stand behind our warranty.
Q: How accurate are the colors?
A: We strive for 95%+ color accuracy. However, screen displays vary, so printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your device. For exact color matching, provide Pantone references.
Q: Can you match an existing shirt I have?
A: Yes! Bring us a sample and we’ll do our best to match the color, fabric, and print quality. Send us clear photos if you can’t visit in person.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: We prefer PNG (with transparent background), JPEG, PDF, or AI files. High resolution (300 DPI minimum) is essential for best quality. Low-resolution images from Facebook or screenshots won’t print well.
Q: What if I don’t have a design?
A: No problem! Our design team can create custom artwork based on your ideas. Just tell us what you envision, and we’ll bring it to life. Design fees start at [price] depending on complexity.
Q: Can you print photographs?
